FIRE

When fire alarm is activated, please stop all activities, leave the building by the nearest exit, do not use elevator and proceed to the assembly points as shown in the Evacuation Route map.

EARTHQUAKE

(No Detection of Potensial Tsunami)
When the evacuation announcement is activated, stay calm, leave the building by the nearest exit, do not use elevator, do not run and proceed to the assembly points as shown in the Evacuation Route map.

TSUNAMI

When the evacuation announcement is activated, stay calm, proceed to higher ground as indicated in the evacuation route, do not use elevator and proceed to the appointed assembly points as shown on the Evacuation Route map.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

 

In case of fire, smoke may reduce visibility

  • Study the Emergency Route located on the back of the room door.
  • Determine the location of nearest fire exits, fire alarms and fire extinguisher equipment.
  • Keep your room key available at all time.
  • DO NOT use elevators.
     

If you detect a fire

  • Remain calm.
  • Immediately press "emergency" button on your phone or dial “6555”.
  • Proceed to the nearest fire exit by using staircase and exit to the nearest assembly point.
  • Please follow the guidance from our public announcement system.
     

In case of earthquake

  • Remain calm.
  • First protect yourself by dropping to the ground, taking cover under something sturdy like a table and hold on to it.
  • DO NOT use elevators.
     

In case of tsunami

  • If you hear hotel public alarm system activated, please evacuate immediately and proceed to higher ground far from the ocean.
  • Follow instructions from our team and move in an orderly manner.
  • DO NOT use elevators.
