Planning a wedding? A gathering of friends? Or a larger group function? We can create all your special occasion needs with our unique indoor and outdoor venue options.
Balcony
To keep the resort ambiance and to enhance the experience of all guests staying in the resort, we request that you refrain from hanging clothes or towels on the room balcony. We kindly request to use the clothes rack that is provided on the balcony and keep the balcony door closed at all times to prevent insects from entering and floor condensation.
Business Center
Located in the main building of the Resort, the Business Center is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Use of the facilities after hours, is upon request through the Duty Manager. Visit our Business Center for all your business needs, offering photocopying, printing, scanning and secretarial services and more. Meeting room rentals are also available with advance notice.

Cabanas
Discover the ultimate elegance and relaxation in the privacy of your own cabana next to Courtyard Pool at Mulia Resort and The Oasis Pool at The Mulia (for guests of The Mulia & Mulia Villas only). The cabanas offer an array of amenities for your comfort. Poolside attendants will be delighted to cater to all of your needs.

Concierge
Our Concierge team will be delighted to assist you with any services you may require such as airline information, local area maps, car rentals, events, floral arrangement needs, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, recreational activities, religious services, shopping and restaurant reservations. Located at lobby level.
Credit Card & Currency Exchange
The Resort accepts all major credit cards such as American Express, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. No personal checks are accepted. Foreign currency may be exchanged at Mulia Resort Lobby next to Concierge.
Doctor
A nurse is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, and a doctor's visit can be arranged 24 hours (subject to availability from the hospital). Please contact our Service Centre to make arrangements. Nominal charges apply.
Dress Code
The dress code for restaurant outlets is smart casual. Swimwear and bathrobes are not permitted in any of our dining areas.
Electricity
The local voltage is 220 volts. Additional multipurpose and international adapters are available upon request.
Fitness Center
Located in the main building of the resort, the Fitness Center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Use of the facilities after hours is available upon request through the Duty Manager. The Fitness Centre is supervised by qualified instructors and operates from 6 AM to 8 PM.
Florist
Our in-house florist will be pleased to accomodate any requests for birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions with customized arrangements and displays.
Gift Shop
In the event you need that last-minute item, the Gift Shop offers an assortment of local souvenirs, sundry items, resort wear, and jewelry. The Gift Shop is located on the Promenade level of Mulia Resort, operating from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping will be pleased to provide additional basic toiletry items to make your stay more comfortable.
In-Room Dining
Whether a romantic dinner, picnic takeaway or a simple sandwich, our In Room Dining service can take care of all your needs without having to leave the comfort of your room. Please refer to our menu or call In Room Dining directly by touching the speed dial button on your phone.
Lamp Shades
Do not hang and dry your wet clothes on the lamp shades for your safety as it can cause short circuit and is a fire hazard. An additional replacement fee will be applied for any damage incurred.
Local Fruits
Durian, Mangosteen, and Red Dragon fruits are not allowed to be brought into the resort, as they can cause permanent damage, stains that cannot be removed, or strong odors. An additional cleaning or replacement fee will be applied.

No pets of any kind are allowed within Resort premises.

Resort is secured 24 hours a day by security officers as well as through closed circuit television coverage.

Smoking Policy
To comply with Government regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including balcony and patio areas. Failure to comply will result in an additional one room night charge, based on applicable selling rate on that day. Should you wish to smoke, please utilize the designated smoking areas throughout the Resort. An additional one-night room charge at the published rate will be applied for the cleaning fee, and any other damages found are subject to a damage fee charge.
Stains Policy
As part of our efforts to maintain your luxurious surroundings, we reserve the right to charge guests for any permanent damage (temporary tattoo stains, burns, tears, holes or any other permanent stains) to any of our linen, décor or resort property. For your comfort and convenience, we do inspect all our rooms daily however should any damage be identified after your departure we reserve the right to charge the guest Credit Card or Invoice the guest accordingly.

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali offers guests a myriad of opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens, beach front and refreshing swimming pools. Recreational activities such as, kayaking and a wide range of group exercise and social activities are offered throughout the various areas of the Resort and beachfront. Fully certified personal trainers are also available to take you through a workout to suit your fitness goals and levels.
Two all-weather surface and flood-lit tennis courts provide options for singles or doubles play.
T-Zone (Teenager Zone)
T-Zone at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas offers fun-filled activities for children aged 9 - 15, and is located next to Splash Pool on the ground level of the main Courtyard area. Our various activities such as Sports Activities, Balinese Cultural Activities, Board Games, Console Games, Water Activities and much more will be another fantastic experience for kids to have fun and meet new friends.

Mulia Kidz
Children have a zest for everything that’s fun and at Mulia Kidz there is plenty of zest and fun! Located within the main Resort building Mulia Kidz offers fun and exciting playtime for children from 3 to 8 years of age. Our complimentary activities focus on creative learning, arts and crafts and action packed games to ensure our younger guests have a memorable vacation of their own. A dedicated program will keep the kids happy, entertained, smiling and laughing throughout your stay with us.
